Many visitors

Mum had a ton of visitors today. At a certain point she had to just stop accepting them, but the flowers kept coming.

Jill came by. For those of you who don't know, Mark Elder died on Wednesday. This was the first chance mum had to talk to Jill since it happened. It was a relief that they finally got to see each other.

Later in the afternoon, Mark and dad came over for a bit of tandem team reclining practice.

Mum is still in great spirits and as she says "if I didn't have this wretched disease I'd be having the time of my life."

  1. It certainly looks busy over at May Court. They may well have to build an extension. I loved thepicture of the reclining duo. Such perfect harmony.

Please offer Jill my condolences. She has devoted so much effort to caring for Mark that her days are going to seem very empty now.

Thanks for keeping me up to date. I do appreciate it.

    Love

Nancy must have been so relieved to see Jill - she was so very concerned about not being able to comfort her after the lovely Mark died.
